Go to Lake Lenore if you want to go to a nice lake. Lake Lenore is a relatively wet place generally with a good deal of precipitation; December is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is July. If you need a place to stay Whispering Woods (Vri) is a good choice; the summit of Big Slide Mountain can be made out from Lake Lenore. Yeah, come up here to the Central Cascade Range for a great time. Camping is available at B and B Rentals. All

from Lake Lenore, you'll come across West Lake which is a lovely lake, and the Elk Lake Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. All the outdoors fun things in the Central Cascade Range will keep you coming back again and again.
There are some good whitewater spots on Collawash River, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Bull of the Woods Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are great; Welcome Lakes is a lake that's in close proximity to
Lake Lenore; on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Welcome Lakes Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Cascade Range.
