If you are in Wasco county it's always a good idea to stop by Lake Celilo. Lake Celilo is a good site of typical precipitation; December is the wettest month with most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Central Cascade Range. Comfort Inn The Dalles is a glorious place to get some rest; Cushing Falls is a perfect local attraction. This lake is so wonderful. A great spot to camp here at Lake Celilo

After a long day outdoors The Dalles Inn is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two; if you're interested in hydro structures, you can pop by The Dalles Dam. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Lake Celilo. Klickitat River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by, and why not camp at Lone Pine Rv Park if you're here at Lake Celilo. | |

Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Lake Celilo. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. Through the winter highs are commonly in the 30's; night lows through the winter for Lake Celilo tend to
be in the 20's.
Lake Celilo is one of the lakes here in the Central Cascade Range. All year is a tremendous time in the Central Cascade Range if you have a thing about the outdoors. If you get bored of Lake Celilo, you could also
have a look at nearby Hazeldell Orchards Reservoir, and paddling on Swale Creek is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful.
A spree to nearby Covington Point is very relaxing, and Lake Celilo is not far at all from City of The Dalles.
