So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Northern Cascade Range, too pleasant to be true. Going for a hike on the Eagle Tanner Trail is always a splendid adventure. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake Bonneville has to offer, you can camp at Dolce Skamania Lodge. Lake Bonneville sees pretty high levels of rainfall; December is the month that gets the most rain while       July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. You could also visit Bass Lake since you're here at Lake Bonneville; it's nearby, and Munra Point can be distinguished from Lake Bonneville. The Tanner Cutoff Trail is a brilliant hiking trail in close proximity to Lake Bonneville, and while you're here you must stop at Wauna Point. At Lake Bonneville all through the                  warm days of summer highs are in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Lake Bonneville dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. If you need a site to stay Bonneville Hot Springs Resort is a great choice; close by you discover the Tanner Butte Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Best Western Columbia River Inn is a glorious spot to get some rest, and Bonneville Dam is an exciting thing to check out. All year is a delightful time in the Northern Cascade Range if you go for the outdoors. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Lake Bonneville. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Rock Creek - Columbia River Tributary; you can stay the night at Lewis and Clark RV Park. Man, is there a heap of enjoyable things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Eagle Creek is a pretty stream that is worth checking out, and near Lake Bonneville you locate a golf course called Beacon Rock Golf Course. Get drenched paddling on Trout Creek, and The (historical) Cascades is always fun to check out. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lake Bonneville.
