    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Oregon you can check out Laird Reservoir. Laird Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Wallowa Mountains. For the period of the warm months at Laird Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. Highs throughout the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's; overnight lows at Laird Reservoir through the winter regularly plunge into the 10's. A splendid place to go to in the vicinity of  
   Laird Reservoir is Posy Valley, and The Sag is a glorious place.
This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Timber Canyon Waterhole is close by; why not go to Laird Dam if you're here. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Laird Reservoir. If the weather is magnificent here at Laird Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Kettle Creek Trail, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Rama Inn & Suites is a delightful choice. You definitely must
 
               fancy the Wallowa Mountains. While you're here at Laird Reservoir you can take a hike along the Martin Bridge Trail.
These mountains rock, just explore all the exciting things to do in the Wallowa Mountains. A good site to camp here at Laird Reservoir is McCornick Campground, and you can run the rapids of Wildhorse River. Laird Reservoir is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Eagle Valley Recreational Vehicle Park is a wonderful local campground, and not far from Laird Reservoir you'll locate Bearwallow Reservoir which is a scenic lake. It is very dry here at Laird Reservoir commonly; during the month of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest of the months is July.
