If time allows, Fort Clatsop National Memorial is a national park worth stopping at, and you can stay the night at K O A Kampgrounds. But wait, there's more cool stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. You're sure to bump into some       friendly people from Astoria here, and there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Cannon Beach Trail. A good deal of rainfall falls at Kyle Lake; the wettest month of the year is typically December, that's the one that rains the most while July is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful nearby hotel is Gearhart House, and Kyle Lake is a tremendous site to visit for more than one day, Fort Stevens State Park is a tremendous                  site to camp nearby. Having a wonderful time in the Coast Ranges is trouble-free. Brallier Swamp is an attention-grabbing swamp in the neighborhood of Kyle Lake, and there are other places here than Kyle Lake, for example Long Lake. High temperatures at Kyle Lake through the warm months are in the 60's. Summer night lows fall down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Kyle Lake are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Kyle Lake is one of the lakes here in the Coast Ranges.
