Kuitan Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Central Cascade Range is excellent! The Anderson Ridge Trail is a perfect hiking trail close to Kuitan Lake, and if you came to camp Tombstone Prairie Campground is a brilliant location to do that. Kuitan Lake is a wet site that gets a lot of rainfall; through the month of December you get the most rain around       here, and July is when it's the driest. While you're here at Kuitan Lake you can take a hike along the Deer Butte Trail; there are some glorious whitewater spots on Horse Creek. For the duration of the summer months at Kuitan Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. Highs throughout the winter are generally in the 30's; after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Kuitan Lake fall into the 20's. This lake                  is so wonderful. Tenas Lakes is a nearby lake that you could visit; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Marion Creek. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors fun things the Central Cascade Range has to offer. Kuitan Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Country Star Recreational Vehicle Park is a fine local campground. If the weather is brilliant here at Kuitan Lake, you can go for a hike along the Benson Trail, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Hoodoo. Kuitan Lake really is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise.
