Moon Hill is a peak you can see from Krumbo Mountain Reservoir, and Moon Hill Lakebed is a great site to stretch your legs a bit. Krumbo Mountain Reservoir is pretty dried up regularly; through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and July is the month with the least moisture. The Steens Mountains scenery is always beautiful. That right there is a load of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Steens Mountains       has it all. You're probably addicted to lakes, Thompson Reservoir is one of those nearby, and if you need a site to stay Days Inn Burns is a tremendous choice. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Lakes are perfect; Moon Hill Reservoir is a lake that's near Krumbo Mountain Reservoir, and why not camp at Jackman Park Campground if you're here at Krumbo Mountain Reservoir. A glorious place to camp here at Krumbo Mountain Reservoir is Fish Lake Campground                  It's always magnificent to pop by Horseshoe Spring.
