What a nice lake Kirkham Reservoir is. For the period of the summertime at Kirkham Reservoir highs are ordinarily in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are typically in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Kirkham Reservoir are in the 30's. Don't leave Kirkham Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Canyon Number Three Trail, and Straus Spring is an inspiring place to visit while you're here. Man,

A good view of picturesque Chimney Rock Butte is available from Kirkham Reservoir; Neil Rock is something you shouldn't miss while you're here. You completely must like the Siskiyou Mountains. Paddling on Rogue River is so much fun;
you can go for a hike on the Red Mountain Trail. You truly should adore Kirkham Reservoir. Looking for something next to Kirkham Reservoir? Gribble Reservoir is close at hand, and if you came to camp Dardanelle Trailer Park is
a magnificent site to do that. There's so much to do here at Kirkham Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Central Point Koa Kampground is a fine place for that, and going for a hike on the Chicago Trail is always a great
adventure. You're sure to bump into some wonderful people from Medford here, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MEDFORD-CENTRAL POINT is a brilliant spot to get some rest. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Siskiyou Mountains. A typical amount of rain falls here at Kirkham Reservoir; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.
