The beauty of Kinzel Lake is reason enough to stop by. Get your heart beating on the nice whitewater of Sandy River, and obviously Draw Creek flows through this area. Kinzel Lake gets a large amount of water; the wettest month of the year is usually December, that's the one that rains the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. | | you came for an overnight stay Bighorn Campground is a tremendous spot to camp. All year is a delightful time in the Central Cascade Range if you have a thing about the outdoors. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Timberline Lodge, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Hideaway Falls. and Whispering Woods (Vri) is a delightful place to get some rest. So many entertaining things to do here in the Central Cascade Range, too great to be true. There's whitewater on Zigzag River for all you adrenaline people,
and perfect skiing awaits you at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl. Summertime highs at Kinzel Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are regularly in
the 40's while the cold winter nights at Kinzel Lake are in the 30's. Kinzel Lake is located in the Central Cascade Range. While you're here at Kinzel Lake you can take a hike along the Cool Creek Trail, and if you need a spot
to stay Mount Hood Inn is a glorious choice. This lake is so wonderful. Devils Peak is charming and can be spotted from Kinzel Lake, and there is a glorious hiking trail close by called the Hambone Trail.
