     Not far from Kinnan Reservoir, you'll stumble on Combs Reservoir which is a gorgeous lake, and you can run the rapids of Umpqua River. And if that's not sufficient, there's plenty more to do in the vicinity of Kinnan Reservoir. Kinnan Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Coast Ranges.
This lake is so wonderful. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to see at Kinnan Dam in the neighborhood of Kinnan Reservoir, and if you came for an overnight stay Bear Creek
 
   Campground is a tremendous place to camp. Summertime highs at Kinnan Reservoir typically tend to be in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Kinnan Reservoir are in the 30's. You just must love the Coast Ranges. Lakes? Sure, Lost Lake is around here, and Umpqua Safari Camp Ground and RV is a glorious campground nearby.
Kinnan Reservoir sees
 
               pretty high levels of rain; throughout the month of December you get the most rain around here, and July on the other hand is the driest. Take a side spree to Bar Creek, and at Kinnan Reservoir you always meet someone from Roseburg.
