The beauty of Keystone Log Pond is reason enough to stop by. The Coast Ranges scenery is always beautiful. Throughout the days of summer at Keystone Log Pond highs are typically in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. During the winter the highs are frequently in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Keystone Log Pond plunge into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. the Grayback Trail is a pleasant hiking trail nearby. So many fun things in the Coast Ranges, just striking. During your tour to Keystone Log Pond you'll meet some folks from Roseburg for sure; there's some flowing water close by,
Alder Creek is a stream you can stop at during your stay. Umpqua River - South is a great whitewater spot close to Keystone Log Pond; if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the South Fork Trail.
This lake is
so wonderful. If you get bored of Keystone Log Pond, you could also stop at nearby Scott Pond. There's so much to do here at Keystone Log Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Cow Creek RV Park is a great spot for that.
