Joseph Reed Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Joseph Reed Reservoir gets a typical amount of yearly rain; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is July. Hiking along the Canyon Number Three Trail is magnificent fun; you don’t have to go far from Joseph Reed Reservoir to see the water at Joseph Reed Dam. This lake is so wonderful. | | District is a fine local campground, and you need to have a look at Dompier Creek Slide Area since you're here. So many fun things to do here in the Southern Cascade Range, too delightful to be true. Joseph Reed Reservoir is right by the White Rock Trail, and Cole Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. This lake is so wonderful. You could also take a look at Tinhat Pond since you're here at Joseph Reed Reservoir; it's nearby. | |

During the warmest time of the year at Joseph Reed Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 80's; the nighttime is somewhat colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's while the
cold winter nights at Joseph Reed Reservoir are in the 30's. All year is a nice time in the Southern Cascade Range if you adore the outdoors. After a long day outdoors Dogwood Motel is a perfect place to spend a night or two,
and you can run the rapids of Umpqua River - South. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Brownie Creek Trail, and if you need a place to stay North Umpqua Resort is a great choice. Be careful coming to Joseph Reed Reservoir, you
might not ever want to go back home again. Camping at Tiller RV Park is always a glorious experience, and a nice place for whitewater paddling is Umpqua River - South. Joseph Reed Reservoir is located in the Southern Cascade Range.
