A visit to Jorn Lake is always a good idea. All through the summertime months at Jorn Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's while Jorn Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Cascade Range. Lakes Creek is a stream you can have a look at while here; hiking is a popular thing to do around Jorn Lake; Swallow Lake Trail is a delightful local trail. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Jorn Lake. If the weather
is beautiful, you obtain a glorious sight of Green Peak from Jorn Lake, and fine hiking is available along the Marion Lake Trail.
Don't leave Jorn Lake without first going for a hike along the Blue Lake Trail, and Eight Lakes
Basin is a stunning place any time of year. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Jorn Lake has to offer, you can camp at Cold Springs Resort, and there's whitewater on Santiam River - North for all you adrenaline junkies.
This lake is so wonderful. Detroit Motel is a great place to get some rest; Jorn Lake is not the only place nearby, Alice Lake is a nearby lake. Jorn Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is December; July on the other hand is the driest.
