Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Johnson Reservoir. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; night lows at Johnson Reservoir all through the wintertime typically sink into the 30's. The Coast Ranges scenery is always beautiful. All the water falling down from the sky makes Johnson Reservoir a wet place; December is when you get the most rain here while       July is frequently the driest month. But wait, there's more cool things to do in the Coast Ranges. You can run the rapids of Mill Creek close to Johnson Reservoir; some of the water close by flows, like Airlie Creek. This place rules, just explore all the fun things to do close to Johnson Reservoir. Camping is available at Corvallis Mobile Home Park; dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express CORVALLIS-ON THE RIVER. This lake is so wonderful. Since you                  might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Kenney Reservoir, and Harrison House Bed and Breakfast is a fine place to get some rest. There's whitewater on Marys River for all you adrenaline people, and if you came for an overnight stay Benton Oaks RV and Campground is a wonderful place to camp.
