 | Be mindful that the old pilings from the dam that was removed still exist and I believe present a hazard that must be scouted. If you run it before June there is likely no problem at all. Enjoy. The dam site is two miles upriver from Brownsville out Kirk Avenue and Northern Drive. I would hate to see your watercraft buggered up. It is a lovely river.... |
Foster Lake
 | 10 miles away 1 PHOTO Our family really enjoyed our stayed a Foster Lake in a new campground called Edgewater RV Resort and Marina. The views of Mt. Jefferson over the lake are spectacular. The RV park is within steps of wonderful fishing, boating and swimming. This new park is beautifully landscaped and I am told of a new lodge and marina will be ready next year for a perfect vacation spot.... |
