This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. Going for a hike on the Bachelor Mountain Trail is always a good adventure, and swamps are attention-grabbing spots and Little Pigeon Prairie in the vicinity of Jo Jo Lake is no exception. Jo Jo Lake mostly gets much rain; the month with most of the rain is December while July is ordinarily the driest month. And if you're still looking for more outdoors       entertaining things just keep reading. Go for a hike on the Thomas Trail, and if you've had enough of Jo Jo Lake, Peasley Lake is close by. This lake is so wonderful. Really perfect skiing awaits you at Hoodoo, and you can run the rapids of Breitenbush River. This lake is so wonderful. Bruno Meadows is a great place to stretch your legs a bit, needless to say you could also explore Bruno Lakes while you're here; it's not far at all. Just can't get enough                  of the Central Cascade Range. On a pretty day you get a sight of Mount Bruno from Jo Jo Lake; Detroit Lake State Park is a perfect local campground. If you need a site to stay Lodge at Suttle Lake is a good choice, and get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Santiam River - North. Summertime highs at Jo Jo Lake generally tend to be in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Jo Jo Lake. Misery Creek is a scenic stream that is worth taking a look at. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Central Cascade Range.
