Jewett Lake is always a pleasure to visit. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Wallowa Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Wallowa Lake State Park is a pleasant campground here, and a wonderful lake like Aneroid Lake is a magnificent place to go to. During the long summer days at Jewett Lake highs are regularly in the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 30's, and overnight

| | lows in the 10's for Jewett Lake.
The Wallowa Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Going for a hike along the Kettle Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Best Western Rama Inn & Suites is a brilliant place to get some rest. Not much precipitation falls here at Jewett Lake; December is the wettest month with most snow while July is regularly the driest month.

Park is a perfect place to camp, and on a delightful day you can take a hike along the Copper Creek Trail. Jewett Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. Petes Point can be spotted from Jewett Lake, and a
perfect place to explore is Tenderfoot Pass. So many exciting things to do in the Wallowa Mountains, not enough time. While you're here at Jewett Lake you can take a hike along the Main Creek Trail; after a long day outdoors Baker City Super 8 Motel is a great site to spend a night or two.
