Jean Lake commonly gets a good deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest month is July. Clark Creek is a delightful stream that is worth checking out, and Jean Lake is right by the Boulder Lake Trail. Yeah, come up here to the Central Cascade Range for a delightful time. White River is a great whitewater spot close to Jean Lake. Since you might       be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Badger Lake, and a great close by hotel is Timberline Lodge. This lake is so wonderful. There's some attention-grabbing stuff to observe at Badger Lake Dam in close proximity to Jean Lake, and if you need a location to stay Inn at Cooper Spur is a magnificent choice. If only every spot had this much outdoors fun things, what a great globe it would be. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing                  at Mt. Hood Meadows while you're here, and do take a hike on the Little Boulder Way Trail. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the Central Cascade Range will keep you coming back time and again. A short spree to Jack Springs is always worthwhile, and you're sure to bump into some friendly folks from Hood River here. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Nottingham Campground is a splendid site to camp, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Boulder Lake Way Trail. Man, is there loads of exciting stuff to do near Jean Lake. What would winter be without some skiing at Cooper Spur, and at Jean Lake you can make out Badger Butte. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Central Cascade Range. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on White River, and Crane Prairie is a gorgeous place any time of year. Gumjuwac Saddle is in the neighborhood of Jean Lake and is without doubt a magnificent place to stop by, and Clinger Campground is a perfect campground here. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Jean Lake. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's.
