Jay Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Jay Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central Cascade Range. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining things the Central Cascade Range has to offer. Nearby lakes? Sure, Deer Lake is in the vicinity of Jay Lake, and Lemish Butte is clearly visible from Jay Lake. Jay Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; all through December this area sees the most rain while July

| | is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
This lake is so wonderful. Now, you may think that's heaps but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Jay Lake. If you came to camp Upper Campground is a great place to do that; Benz Spring is a delightful site to visit while you're at Jay Lake. If you need a site to stay Woodsman Country Lodge is a glorious choice; going for a hike on the Winopee Lake Trail is always a perfect adventure.

The slopes of Mt. Bachelor are so inviting nobody can resist, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Deschutes River. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Central Cascade Range
is so good! Everybody nearby loves skiing at Willamette Pass, and don't leave Jay Lake without first going for a hike along the Cultus Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Jay Lake that you need to
camp here for a while, East Lake Resort and RV Parks is a delightful spot for that, and there are wonderful sites to look at along the Snowshoe Lake Trail.
For the period of the warm days of summer at Jay Lake highs are mostly
in the 80's; the overnight is a little cooler of course, commonly in the 40's. For the period of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Jay Lake.
