So much amusing stuff to do here at James O Fisher Reservoir, too great to be true. After a long day outdoors Kalama River Inn is a perfect place to spend a night or two, and while you're here and you like golf, you can visit St Helens Golf Course. That right there is lots of exciting things already but it goes on, the Coast Ranges has it all. Best Western Oak Meadows Inn is a magnificent                  site to get some rest, and why not take a little spree to Alder Creek since you're here. If you came for an overnight stay Scappose Airport County Park is a fine location to camp, and you can hit the beach if you want, Lyons Beach is practically right here. A great deal of rain falls at James O Fisher Reservoir; the wettest month of the year is mostly December, that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Coast Ranges. Heinen Pond is a delightful lake near James O Fisher Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
