Jackson Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Coast Ranges. So many exciting things in the Coast Ranges, just astonishing. Jackson Reservoir is not the only spot nearby, Zwan Reservoir is a nearby lake; on a good day you can take a hike along the Red Mountain Trail. And that's not all you can do here at       Jackson Reservoir. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Rogue River, and Best Western Inn At The Rogue is a wonderful place to get some rest. There's whitewater on Umpqua River - South for all you adrenaline people, and camping at Circle w RV Park is always a magnificent experience. Jackson Reservoir gets a normal amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain while July is frequently                  the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Grants Pass Inn; Jackson Reservoir is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Bridgeview Rv Resort is a fine local campground. And that's not all you can do here in the Coast Ranges. Looking for some flowing water? Try Ladies Creek; a visit to Beck Spring will fill your spirit with tremendous feelings. Summer at Jackson Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 40's; after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Jackson Reservoir fall into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful.
