Idanha Log Pond is a nice lake to visit. At Idanha Log Pond all through the summer highs are in the 70's, and the overnight is quite cooler of course, typically in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Idanha Log Pond dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. | | hike along the Thomas Trail; there's some flowing water nearby, Blue Lick Creek is a stream you can stop by while you're here. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range.

always go whitewater paddling on Santiam River - North. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll adore Idanha Log Pond. Breitenbush River has a splendid whitewater paddling spot nearby.
Idanha Log Pond generally gets a lot of rainfall;
the month with most of the rain is December; July on the other hand is the driest. Going for a hike on the Coffin Mountain Trail is always a wonderful adventure; if you came for an overnight stay Detroit Lake State Park is a wonderful spot to camp.
