| | Trail is a good local trail, and Detroit Lake State Park is a good campground nearby. All the water falling down from the sky makes Idanha Log Pond a wet site; the month with most of the rain is December while July is mostly the driest month. What a spot this is for outdoors people. be without some skiing at Hoodoo. Stay the night at B and B Rentals; there's fine hiking along the Coffin Mountain Trail. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Central Cascade Range, too good to be true. Some close by water includes Blue Lick Creek, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Thomas Trail.
