Hyatt Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Not far from Hyatt Reservoir, you'll locate Keene Creek Reservoir which is a gorgeous lake; camping at Campers Cove is always a perfect experience. This place, the Southern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors fun stuff. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Hyatt Reservoir; Buck Point Trail is a pleasant local trail, and do pop by Keene Creek Dam if you're here. This lake is so wonderful.

| | Good hiking is available along the Bieberstedt Trail, and if you came to camp Hyatt Lake Campground is a splendid location to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are delightful; Little Hyatt Reservoir is a lake that's right next door to Hyatt Reservoir, and dry warm beds await you at Windmill Inn And Suites Of Ashland. is July. So many entertaining things to do in the Southern Cascade Range, not enough time. The Mosquito Fish Lake Trail offers hiking at its best, and Lithia Springs Resort And Gardens is a magnificent place to get some rest.
So much exciting stuff right next door to Hyatt Reservoir, absolutely astonishing. Burnt Creek is a stream that you may encounter during your stay; don't leave Hyatt Reservoir without first paying a visit to Little Rock Spring. Float
down the rapids of Jenny Creek in a kayak, and the slopes of Mt. Ashland are so inviting noone can resist. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Hyatt Reservoir while night lows are generally in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs
are in the 40's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Hyatt Reservoir descend into the 20's. Hyatt Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Southern Cascade Range.

 | You have got to be kidding. IV-V+???!!!!!! Has someone really run the falls? You make it sound like a like just any old run. It can only be run at the few times there is enough water and for a large part of the run, barb wire, willow thickets in the channel and recluses with shotguns are the main obstacles. Only the last few miles has whitewater of note and it is challenging. I ran this section in the mid eighties and claim along with my buddies Kent Erskine and Max Linn a first descent.... |

 | 17 miles away 3 PHOTOS If you can ski Mt. Ashland, you can ski anywhere, is a boast locals in southern Oregon have made for 45 years. It is true; Mt. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
