Hulbert Lake gets a large amount of water; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. Man, is there a load of entertaining things to do in the Coast Ranges. Here at Hulbert Lake you'll possibly meet some folks from Corvallis, and if you like swamps you're in luck, Lake Slough is right nearby. If you get bored of Hulbert Lake, you could also have a look       at close by Goodman Lake, and there are some great whitewater spots on Willamette River. Dry warm beds await you at Value Inn Eugene, and if you came to camp Richardson Park is a great spot to do that. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Hulbert Lake, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Enjoy a round of golf at Diamond Woods Golf Course not far from Hulbert Lake, and there's whitewater on Marys River for all you adrenaline junkies. This lake is so wonderful.
