Camping at Upper Campground is always a great experience, and here at Hosmer Lake you can distinguish Moolack Butte. Hosmer       Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. There's fine hiking along the Mud Lake Trail, and as expected, this is a perfect area for people who like lakes, Elk Lake is a lake nearby. For the period of the summertime here at Hosmer Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Hosmer Lake are in the 20's. This                  lake is so wonderful. There are some fine whitewater spots on Deschutes River; you ought to without doubt check out Red Crater while here. And that's not everything you can do here in the Central Cascade Range. Don't leave Hosmer Lake without first going for a hike along the Quinn Creek Trail; there's some flowing water nearby, Quinn Creek is a stream you can stop by during your stay.
