This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something in the neighborhood of Horseshoe Lake? Beaver Lake is close by, and some exciting geology is available here, Half Moon Bend is right here. Summertime highs at Horseshoe Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 40's. Highs during the       winter are mostly in the 40's while Horseshoe Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. If you need a spot to stay Salbasgeon Suites is a great choice; Marys River is a magnificent whitewater spot close by. All the water falling down from the sky makes Horseshoe Lake a wet spot; through December this area sees the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Do set aside some time for Bryant Lake                  Bed while you're here at Horseshoe Lake. If you came to camp KOA Kampgrounds is a tremendous spot to do that, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Golf Club of Oregon. There's so much to do here at Horseshoe Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Albany/Corvallis KOA is a delightful site for that, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Willamette River. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Horseshoe Lake rules!
