Horse Lake is one of the lakes here in the Southern Cascade Range. So much exciting stuff to do at Horse Lake, so little time. Going for a hike along the Mount Bailey Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and during your stay here do have a look at close by Pumice Beach. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the Southern Cascade Range has       to offer. While you're here at Horse Lake you can take a hike along the Tipsoo Trail. For the duration of the long summer days, highs frequently are in the 80's at Horse Lake. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's while Horse Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? A large amount of rain falls at Horse Lake; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is July.
