So much exciting stuff to do at Horning Reservoir, so little time. Do take a look at Kay Dam since you're here at Horning Reservoir; while you're here why not pop by Brunswick Canyon. This lake is so wonderful. Do stop at Rebart Reservoir near Horning Reservoir, it's a charming lake, and East Fork McKay Creek is one of the streams close by that might       be worth going to. At Horning Reservoir throughout the summer months highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's while Horning Reservoir nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 30's. Golf can be played at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club Ghost Creek, and if you need a place to stay Econo Lodge & Suites is a tremendous choice. Horning Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Coast Ranges. This lake is so wonderful. Be careful coming to the Coast Ranges, you might not ever want to return back home again. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Horning Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Washington County Fair Grounds, and Rock Creek is a fine whitewater spot nearby. That right there is loads of amusing things already but it goes on, the Coast Ranges has it all.
