This lake is so wonderful. Near Hoover Reservoirs you stumble on the Alco Trail which is a good hiking trail; since you're here and you like golf, you can visit Eagle Point Golf Course. The slopes of Mt. Ashland are so inviting nobody can resist, and Eagle Trailer Park is a magnificent campground here. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Big Butte Creek. High       temperatures at Hoover Reservoirs through the summertime months are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Hoover Reservoirs. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! Hoover Reservoirs is so good! After a long day outdoors Courtyard by Marriott Medford Airport is a good place to spend a night or two, and if you come at the right time of year, Rogue River offers some great whitewater.                  Hoover Reservoirs is one of the lakes here in the Southern Cascade Range.
