    A visit to Hoover Pond Number Two is always a good idea. Hoover Pond Number Two is one of the lakes here in the Southern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. La Quinta Inn Suites White City is a great place to get some rest, and you're perhaps addicted to lakes, Hoover Pond Number Three is one of those close by. This site, the Southern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors entertaining things. The slopes of Mt. Ashland are so inviting nobody can resist,  
   and in the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rogue River.
You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Dry Creek is a picturesque stream that is worth a visit; the Mount Ashland Trail offers hiking at its best. You simply have to like Hoover Pond Number Two. Nearby lakes? Sure, Hoover Reservoirs is close to Hoover Pond Number Two, and you can stay the night at Lakewood RV Park.
This lake is so
 
               wonderful. There are plenty of folks from Medford here at Hoover Pond Number Two, and whitewater paddling is good on Big Butte Creek. Eagle Point Golf Course is a golf course close to Hoover Pond Number Two. There's so much to do here at Hoover Pond Number Two that you need to camp here for a while, Eagle Trailer Park is a great spot for that. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Alco Trail; dry warm beds await you at Courtyard by Marriott Medford Airport.
So much entertaining stuff to do in the Southern Cascade Range, not enough time. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Hoover Pond Number Two; Chicago Trail is a great local trail; a splendid place is Stimpson Gulch. Through the summer months highs here at Hoover Pond Number Two get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Hoover Pond Number Two. From a rain point of view Hoover Pond Number Two is a rather typical spot; most of the rain falls during December while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

If you can ski Mt. Ashland, you can ski anywhere, is a boast locals in southern Oregon have made for 45 years. It is true; Mt. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts. Twilight skiing on 10 runs is scheduled Thursday through Friday evenings beginning in late-December. The mountain prides itself on a warm and friendly atmosphere.
