If you are in Baker county it's always a good idea to stop by Homesite Reservoir. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Homesite Reservoir. On a glorious day at Homesite Reservoir you can take a hike along the West Eagle Trail; some nearby water includes Ridley Creek. This lake is so wonderful. There is a pleasant hiking trail next to Homesite Reservoir called the Fake Creek Trail, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Sunridge

| | Inn is a delightful choice. Summertime at Homesite Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Homesite Reservoir temperatures plunge to the 20's. Just can't get enough of the Wallowa Mountains. to spend a night or two. Lakes are splendid; Harmon Reservoir is a lake that's in close proximity to Homesite Reservoir; Anthony Lakes has splendid slopes and a friendly staff. Around Homesite Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rainfall;
the month with most of the rain is May, and July is when it's the driest. And if that's not sufficient there's lots more amusing things to do in the Wallowa Mountains. Homesite Reservoir is a magnificent place to visit for more
than one day, Hells Canyon Packers is a magnificent place to camp nearby, and naturally, this is a pleasant neighborhood for people who like lakes, Wirth Reservoir is a lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. The Lodgepole Trail
is a great hiking trail close to Homesite Reservoir, and an exciting thing to go to near Homesite Reservoir is Wirth Dam. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wallowa Mountains.
