Lippert Dam Number Two is worth stopping at since you're here, and Riverpark RV Resort is a brilliant local campground. So much cool stuff in the Siskiyou Mountains, just mind-boggling. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Dugout Spring, and you're in all probability addicted to lakes, Webb Reservoir is one of those nearby. Holzhauser Reservoir gets a normal amount of annual rain; December is when you       get the most rain here, and the driest month is July. Banning Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth taking a look at, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Grayback Clapboard Trail. All through the warm months here at Holzhauser Reservoir, high temperatures generally get into the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's with temperatures at Holzhauser Reservoir                  dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
