The beauty of Hoffer Lakes is reason enough to stop by. A quick spree to Parker Creek right next door to Hoffer Lakes is a good idea, and get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Grande Ronde River. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. There's great hiking along the Park Saddle Trail, and camping at Hoffer Lakes is tremendous fun, Rocky Ford Campground is a tremendous local campground. Summertime highs at Hoffer Lakes ordinarily tend to be in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Hoffer Lakes fall into the 20's. Hoffer Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Blue Mountains.

Mountains. From Hoffer Lakes you obtain a great view of Angell Peak, and if you came for an overnight stay North Fork Anthony Campground is a glorious place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Scoop N Steamer
Station & Log; after a long day outdoors Depot Inn is a good location to spend a night or two. Lakes are fine; Anthony Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Hoffer Lakes, and don’t forget to have a look at Angell Basin while you're
here at Hoffer Lakes.
Man, is there loads of entertaining things to do in the Blue Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Boulevard Trail, and close by you find Cunningham Saddle which is a fine location to go to. This
lake is so wonderful. The Lakes Lookout Spring is always fun to check out, and the Beatty Creek Trail offers hiking at its best.
