Hines Log Pond is a beautiful lake in the Blue Mountains. Around Hines Log Pond you don’t get a lot of rainfall; most of the rain falls during November, and the driest month of the year is July. These mountains rock, just look at all the entertaining things to do in the Blue Mountains. If you're here, you might as well visit Angel Gulch, and why not a little side journey to Beech Creek. You just must adore the Blue Mountains.       Put some time aside to spend at Mount Vernon Hot Springs if you're here at Hines Log Pond, and going for a hike on the Fawn Spring Trail is always a perfect adventure. This location is excellent, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do close to Hines Log Pond. Hines Log Pond is not the only location close by, Herburger Pond is a close by lake, and close by you discover the High Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. Here at Hines Log Pond you can make out                  Mount Vernon; Hines Log Pond is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Clyde Holliday is a pleasant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Hines Log Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Mt Vernon Motel and Trailer Park is a tremendous place for that, and you can go for a hike on the Berry Creek Trail. All through the warm days of summer here at Hines Log Pond, high temperatures generally get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Hines Log Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
