Lakes are brilliant; Turner Creek Reservoir is a lake that's close to Hillsboro Reservoir. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wilson River - South Fork, and it's a magnificent idea to check out Lee Creek. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. There's so much to do here at Hillsboro Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Dovre Campground       is a pleasant location for that, and dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn and Suites McMinnville. Hillsboro Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Coast Ranges. If you came to camp Flamingo Mobile and RV Park is a good place to do that, and whitewater paddling is great on Wilson River - Devil's Lake Fork. Hillsboro Reservoir is a pretty wet place frequently with a lot of rain; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most                  rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. Summer brings highs in the 60's to Hillsboro Reservoir. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. All through the winter the highs are commonly in the 40's, and night lows at Hillsboro Reservoir through the winter typically drop into the 30's. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Coast Ranges has to offer.
