     Camping at Oakridge RV Park is always a good experience, and you can run the rapids of Salt Creek. And if that's not enough there's loads more exciting things to do in the Central Cascade Range. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Hills Creek Lake; Larison Creek Trail is a nice local trail, and a great spot to camp here at Hills Creek Lake is Oakridge Mobile Home Park. Hills Creek Lake usually gets a good deal of precipitation; November is the month that gets  
   the most rain, and July is when it's the driest.
For the duration of the warmest time of the year here at Hills Creek Lake, high temperatures generally reach the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Hills Creek Lake.                first going for a hike along the Kitson Ridge Trail; get your heart beating on the pleasant whitewater of Salmon Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Catching Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and a golf course close by is Circle Bar Golf Club.
Hills Creek Dam is worth taking a look at if you're here, and you can see T V Butte from Hills Creek Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Oakridge Inn is a fine choice.
This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Willamette Pass is a good place to do that, and a lake close by is Moon Lake. Just can't get enough of the Central Cascade Range. There's magnificent hiking along the Bunchgrass Trail, and don't forget to take a fine little spree to Hills Creek.
