If you are traveling by, why not stop by Hideaway Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Resort at the Mountain is a great location to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Hideaway Lake has to offer, you can camp at Frazier Fork Campground. Throughout the summer at Hideaway Lake temperatures are typically in the 70's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. Hideaway Lake. Hit the slopes at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl around here, and there are other sites here than Hideaway Lake, for example Rock Lakes. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Cascade Range. All year is a great
time in the Central Cascade Range if you adore the outdoors. If you come at the right time of year, Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork offers some brilliant whitewater; you can go for a hike on the Roaring River Trail. Don't leave Hideaway
Lake without first going for a hike along the Hambone Trail; Timberline Lodge is a very popular ski area nearby.
