Throughout the warm days of summer here at Herburger Pond, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Herburger Pond. John Day Fossil Beds National Monument is a brilliant local destination here at Herburger Pond; Angel Gulch is in the       vicinity, and is a brilliant site. This lake is so wonderful. The Berry Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and close to Herburger Pond you come across a golf course called John Day Golf Club. So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Blue Mountains, too wonderful to be true. Herburger Pond is a beautiful lake in the Blue Mountains. Man, is there a load of enjoyable stuff to do in the Blue Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western John Day                  Inn; it's a great idea to go to Fall Creek. Herburger Pond is regularly a relatively waterless place; November is the month that gets the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Yeah, come here to Herburger Pond for a great time. Camping at Mt Vernon Motel and Trailer Park is always a perfect experience; wonderful hiking is available along the High Trail.
