     There's pleasant hiking along the Beatty Creek Trail; a trip to Henrys Reservoir wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Goff Spring. There's some exciting stuff to catch a glimpse of at Wolf Creek Dam in the vicinity of Henrys Reservoir, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Henrys Reservoir; Twin Lakes Trail is a pleasant local trail. Summertime highs at Henrys Reservoir generally tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down  
   into the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's; night lows in the 20's for Henrys Reservoir. If you get bored of Henrys Reservoir, you could also stop at close by Wolf Creek Reservoir, and you're sure to run into some wonderful people from La Grande here.
Man, is there loads of exciting things to do near Henrys Reservoir. Henrys Reservoir is not the only site close by, Huddleston Reservoir is a close by lake, and the Rock Creek Lake Trail
 
               offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. A good site to camp here at Henrys Reservoir is Rocky Ford Campground, and after a long day outdoors La Grande Travelodge is a good location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at North Fork Anthony Campground; if you need a place to stay Best Western Rama Inn & Suites is a wonderful choice.
If you come at the right time of year, Grande Ronde River offers some tremendous whitewater. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Grande Ronde River, and why not head up to Anthony Lakes and strap some skis to your feet. Henrys Reservoir gets very little precipitation; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

We had a blast on this mountain on the Beach Day celebration, the staff was friendly as where the locals. They had the best barbeque, the lift lines where short, and the powder was great....

At the base of towering alpine peaks, the Day Lodge provides snowriders and nonsnowriders with food service, and a warm place to mingle and watch the slopes. Tumble Off is brewed locally at Barely Brown?s Brew Pub, a fun, family friendly pub located in Baker City (35 miles from Ski Anthony Lakes).
