A visit to Hemlock Lake is always a good idea. This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Cascade Range. There's so much to do here at Hemlock Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Of The woods Resort is a good place for that, and after a long day outdoors Rocky Point Station Lodging is a fine location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on

| | Klamath River, and Aspen Butte is lovely and can be seen from here. Hemlock Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is frequently December, that's the one that snows the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Stay the night at White Pine Campground, and hiking along the Moss Creek Trail is magnificent fun. So much cool stuff to do in the Southern Cascade Range, not enough time. paddling spot close by; as expected, A visit to South Pass is always fun. The warmest time of the year at Hemlock Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 60's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. The
wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and night lows all through the winter for Hemlock Lake tend to be in the 10's. And that's not all you can do here at Hemlock Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Running Y Ranch, naturally you
could also explore Lake Como since you're here; it's not far at all. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Southern Cascade Range. Going for a hike along the South Pass Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty
of this region, and if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Varney Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
