The beauty of Hells Canyon Reservoir is reason enough to stop by. Hells Canyon Reservoir gets very little precipitation; May is the month that gets the most rain; July is when it's the driest. Hells Canyon Dam is a gorgeous spot right next door to Hells Canyon Reservoir, and the Red Ledge Trail is a splendid hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Summit Creek Trail is always a magnificent adventure.

If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wallowa Mountains. If you come at the right time of year, Snake River offers some great whitewater, and Cliff
Mountain Rapids is a nice local attraction. Camping at Dove Creek Campground is always a fine experience, and you might also want to pay a visit to Eagle Bar if you're here at Hells Canyon Reservoir. During the long summer days at
Hells Canyon Reservoir highs are ordinarily in the 90's. Through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Hells Canyon Reservoir are in the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Hells Canyon Reservoir, and there are some nice whitewater spots on Wildhorse River.
