It is very waterless here at Hells Canyon Reservoir mostly; May is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is July. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wallowa Mountains. Through the summer at Hells Canyon Reservoir highs are generally in the 90's while overnight lows are frequently in the 50's.
