     Hiking along the Coffeepot Trail is splendid fun; stopping by John Day Fossil Beds National Monument is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. This lake is so wonderful. Heisler Reservoir Number Two is a nearby lake that you could pop by; you can stay the night at Pine Tree Campground. Heisler Reservoir Number One is right by the South Prong Trail, and a lake nearby is Hawk Reservoir.
During the summertime here at Heisler Reservoir Number One,
 
   high temperatures usually get into the 80's, and the overnight is slightly cooler of course, typically in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Heisler Reservoir Number One are in the 10's. Heisler Reservoir Number One is located in the Blue Mountains. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Blue Mountains has to offer. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Black Canyon Trail; if the weather  
               is delightful, you get a good vista of Bear Butte from Heisler Reservoir Number One.
Heisler Reservoir Number One beyond doubt is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. There's so much to do here at Heisler Reservoir Number One that you need to camp here for a while, Little Summit Campground is a good location for that, and there's some flowing water close by, Bear Creek is a stream you can visit while you're here. Having a fine time in the Blue Mountains is trouble-free. Heisler Reservoir Number One gets very little rain; November is the wettest month with most rain, and September is when it's the driest.
