nearby Medford, and Medford Forest Nursery Dam is a delightful place.
This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Mount Ashland Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and Jackson County Parks and Rec is a great campground
here. If you need a place to stay Stage Lodge Jacksonville is a wonderful choice, and if you came for an overnight stay Millpond Campground is a splendid spot to camp. Hefferman Reservoir gets a typical amount of yearly rain; December
is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
