Santiam Golf Club is a brilliant golf course nearby, and Oregon Garden Resort is a perfect spot to get some rest. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Thomas Creek; a perfect view of striking Blacktail is available. This lake is so wonderful. You should definitely dedicate       some time to Coon Hollow if you're here at Heater Reservoir, and Heater Reservoir is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Silver Falls Conference Center is a splendid local campground. Heater Reservoir is a pretty wet place commonly with a great deal of rainfall; during the month of December you get the most rain around here, and July is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side visit to North Fork Mill Creek, and there are wonderful                  places to look at along the Snow Peak Mill City Trail. Man, is there a heap of fun stuff to do right next door to Heater Reservoir. Don't leave Heater Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Crabtree Lake Trail; if you come at the right time of year, Silver Creek offers some great whitewater. Camping at Park Campground is always a splendid experience. Throughout the summer months here at Heater Reservoir, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Heater Reservoir are in the 30's.
