This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. Going for a hike on the Browder Ridge Trail is always a good adventure, and camping at Tombstone Prairie Campground is always a pleasant experience. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Central Cascade Range. There's whitewater on Horse Creek for all you adrenaline people, and needless to say Echo Creek flows through       this neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent site to camp here at Heart Lake is Patio RV Park, and don't leave Heart Lake without first going for a hike along the Smith Prairie Trail. All through the warm months highs here at Heart Lake reach the 70's; the night is a tad cooler of course, typically in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's while Heart Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. Don't try                  to stop me, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Heart Lake. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Blue River, and Detroit Motel is a glorious location to get some rest. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Hoodoo since you're here; if you need a site to stay Sleepy Hollow Motel is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Central Cascade Range. Don’t forget to check out Lost Prairie while you're here at Heart Lake, and there are wonderful sites to look at along the Crescent Mountain Trail.
