Dollar Log Ponds is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and why not camp at Grants Pass/Sunny Valley KOA since you're here at Hayward Pond. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Superior Log Pond, and Fir Point is not far at all. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Hayward Pond. Take a little spree to Cedar Creek since you're here at Hayward Pond, and there are tremendous       locations to discover along the Coffee Pot Trail. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Grave Creek, and a wonderful location to camp here at Hayward Pond is Creekside Rv Resort. Hayward Pond is located in the Coast Ranges. A typical amount of rain falls here at Hayward Pond; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily December, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month of                  the year is July. Bernstein Spring is a wonderful place to go to while you're at Hayward Pond, and going for a hike on the South Fork Trail is always a brilliant adventure. And that's not all you can do here in the Coast Ranges. Near Hayward Pond you hit upon the Grayback Trail which is a good hiking trail; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Canyonville Inn & Suites. Hayward Pond is not far at all from Grants Pass. Umpqua River - South has a glorious whitewater paddling spot nearby, and if you need a spot to stay Grants Pass Travelodge is a brilliant choice. At Hayward Pond throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's; the overnight is rather chillier of course, regularly in the 50's.
