A visit to Long Prairie revives the spirit, and Super 8 Klamath Falls is a pleasant site to get some rest. This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Cascade Range. There's so much to do here at Hawks Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Potter's Trailer Park is a brilliant location for that, and lakes are such calm sites, why not visit Long Prairie Reservoir.

in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Hawks Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Klamath Falls here, and a stunning lake like Harris Reservoir is a good place to stop at.
Hawks Lake is pretty dried up frequently; December is the wettest month with most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. All year is a pleasant time

It is still half full, 40 acres in late summer. In early Spring you will find the lake full at 80 acres if normal rain has fallen during the winter. Great for canoe. Private Lake.
