Hartwick Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Coast Ranges. This lake is so wonderful. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are truly abundant here at Hartwick Reservoir. You can run the rapids of Nehalem River in close proximity to Hartwick Reservoir, and why not stop at Hollis Hartwick Dam while you're here. The warmest time of the year at Hartwick Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's.       When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Hartwick Reservoir. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Coast Ranges. A glorious place for whitewater paddling close to Hartwick Reservoir is Rock Creek, and Cedar Canyon is a wonderful place to check out. If you need a spot to stay Holiday Motel is a delightful choice, and Washington County                  Fair Grounds is a delightful campground here. But wait, there's more entertaining things to do in the Coast Ranges. Hofer Pond is a great lake in close proximity to Hartwick Reservoir, and close to Hartwick Reservoir you locate a golf course called Quail Valley Golf Course. Dry warm beds await you at Budget Inn, and if you came for an overnight stay Big Eddy County Park is a fine spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Do set aside some time for Killin Wetlands if you're here at Hartwick Reservoir, and it's a magnificent idea to stop at Cedar Canyon Creek.
