La Quinta Inn Suites White City is a glorious place to get some rest; if you come at the right time of year, Big Butte Creek offers some tremendous whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Bradshaw Drop is something you shouldn't miss since you're here at Harper Reservoir, and some of the water nearby flows, like Hawkins Creek. Any time is a tremendous time at Harper Reservoir if you go for the outdoors. Going for a       hike on the Alco Trail is always a great adventure, and Fish Lake Resort is a fine local campground. Harper Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Southern Cascade Range. And that's not all you can do here in the Southern Cascade Range. At Harper Reservoir you can distinguish Tater Hill; if you're here you can play some golf at Stone Ridge Golf Course. If you're going to Harper Reservoir from Medford, you won't be the only one; gorgeous scenery and tremendous                  skiing is what you acquire at Mt. Ashland. For the duration of the warm months highs here at Harper Reservoir reach the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are generally in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Harper Reservoir fall into the 30's. This location is peerless, just look at all the amusing things to do close to Harper Reservoir. Near Harper Reservoir you hit upon the Buck Point Trail which is a good hiking trail; Agate Dam is an interesting thing to check out. Not much rainfall falls here at Harper Reservoir; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one that rains the most, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Medford Oaks Campark is a magnificent campground nearby, and after a long day outdoors Homewood Suites by Hilton Medford is a good site to spend a night or two. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Rogue River, and if you've had enough of Harper Reservoir, Agate Reservoir is nearby. Just can't get enough of the Southern Cascade Range.
