River; Harkens Lake is not the only location close by, Martins Lake is a close by lake. If you need a site to stay Western Hotel & Rv is a pleasant choice; if you came for an overnight stay Carter Lake - Siuslaw National Forest is
a great place to camp. You'll meet a lot of folks from Corvallis here, and there's some flowing water nearby, Blue Lake Slough is a stream you can take a look at while here.
